REQUIREMENTS:

The ability to provide in-home skilled nursing care as prescribed by the client’s physician(s), including but not limited to tracheostomy care, ventilator monitoring, gastrostomy tube care and feedings, and developmental and educational support. Must be able to provide full assistance with transfers.
